This Refund Policy explains how Stockivio Technologies Private Limited ("Stockivio", "we", "us", "our") handles refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for subscriptions to the Stockivio platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
1. Free Trial
- Every new account includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access on the selected plan
- No credit card is required to start a trial, and no charge is made until you actively choose to subscribe
- You may cancel at any point during the trial with no obligation and no charge
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account billing settings
- Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle
- Monthly charges already collected are non-refundable, except where required by law or under Section 5 (Service Issues) below
3. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a 12-month period
- If cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase (and not merely the free trial), you are eligible for a full refund, provided usage has been reasonable and not in violation of our Terms of Use
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after the first 14 days are non-refundable for the remaining term, but access continues until the end of the paid period
- We do not offer partial-year or pro-rated refunds for early cancellation outside the 14-day window
4. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades
- Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Downgrading a plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no partial refund is issued for the current cycle
5. Service Issues and Exceptions
We will consider a full or partial refund outside the standard windows above if:
- A verified billing error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge
- Stockivio failed to meet its published uptime SLA for your plan for two or more consecutive months
- A critical, unresolved defect made a core module you subscribed for unusable for an extended period, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
To request a refund under this section, contact billing@stockivio.com within 30 days of the charge in question, including your account details and a description of the issue.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original charge
- You will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been initiated
7. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time onboarding, data migration, or custom implementation fees, once work has commenced
- Add-on usage charges already consumed (e.g., additional AI queries, additional storage) at the time of cancellation
- Subscriptions cancelled for violation of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use provisions
