Write to hello@stockivio.com. We answer on business days; Indian public holidays are not business days. Please include your business name, what you were doing and, if you can, a screenshot, so we can look into it quickly.
We reply on a best-effort basis. We do not promise a fixed response or resolution time, or a particular level of availability.
Problems with services outside Stockivio, such as the GST portal, payment gateways or your own internet connection, are outside what we can fix, though we will help you work out where the problem is.
